Super Light Sponge with Golden Raisins

These I tried using Japanese flour, Using Daiso Disposable cups that are bakeable- u really got to see clearly before buying, well they were great, I gave some to my friend whom stayed at Yew Tee as she lent me her cutters which I didnt use, she ate them and says were great. She love eating it so much. Guess It is another keeper.. 

Ps I forgot to add all the oil in but it is really spongy and airy..
